well-appointed and clean room with balcony and bunk beds plus children of age 16, i had everything needed. the hotel had marvellous location right by bus stand and city centre as well as the tourist hub of town.

Thoroughly enjoyed comfortable and excellent location, not far from the fantastic museum and lake, park and lido. It also was to the beautiful promenade to downtown.

Perfectly pleasant overall experience. Nicely presented hotel with comfy location near the stunning lake to the center with a beautiful view of the Alpes. Thanks to the patient staff everything was fabulous, including plenty ofgreat food. Plenty of options for breakfast in the restaurant. Location near the tourist hub of town as well as a good area.

The facilities did not match the description at all!!! With only 3 coffee pods for 3 adults and 1 hand towel, it felt poorly thought out. Sharing a kitchen with such limited utensils was frustrating!!!

Oh, how lovely that I received such inconsistent service. Sometimes two coffee capsules, sometimes just one! What a good surprise! My check-in was a complete disaster, forced to call to a different building for assistance. I almost gave this place a good review, but i just couldn't. I expected at least a complimentary gesture for my troubles.
